The Bolton is conveniently located in the heart of Lake George on Huddle Bay across from the Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing only a short distance from some of the best hikes in the Adirondacks with amazing views overlooking Lake George and the Narrows, several great restaurants/bars, breweries/wineries & distilleries, cafes, boat rentals, Adirondack Extreme Treetop Adventures, 6 Flags Great Escape and Waterpark, Gore and West Mountain Ski Resort, The Lake George Designer Outlets and much more.
The Bolton was established in 2022 when two brothers and a couple good friends who grew up boating and fishing on Lake George decided to pool their resources in an effort to save and revitalize the former Huddle Bay Motel & Cottages along with the former Rose Motel. The estate sleeps 41 people and features a pool, private beach shared with the residents of our small street, a dock which may be available for an extra fee, greatroom loft with bar and pool table for entertaining, several fire pits, playground, large lawn for yard games, commercial grill, main lodge and nine cabin units.

If you are looking for adventure, you came to the right place. We highly recommend Adirondack ATV Tours, Adirondack Extreme Treetop Adventure, Horseback Riding, and 6 Flags Great Escape
Nearby Hikes
Some of the best hikes in the Adirondacks are only a few minutes away. Pinnacle, Cat & Thomas Preserve, Prospect Mountain (You can also drive to the top of Prospect if you dont want to work for the view)
Restaurants/Bars/Cafes
We recommend trying some of the restaurants, bars, cafes, and/or breweries/distilleries in the area. Let us know if you're looking for something specific and we will point you in the right direction.
Boat Rentals/Tours
Get out on the lake with one of the local boat rental companies . You can rent for the day or the week and get a large pontoon boat, open bow rider or fishing boat and we may have a dock slip available for an extra fee.
Fishing / Golfing
Lake George has some of the best fishing in the Adirondacks and you can use our canoe or hire a local guide to take you out on a charter boat. Let us know what you are hoping to catch and we will give you some tips. There are also several great golf courses nearby.
Ski Resorts
If you visit us in the winter we highly recommend Gore and West Mountain Ski Resort. West Mountain also has tubing, night skiing and a lot of live music events and festivals throughout the year.
